(PDF) Jan. 30, 2018 - Caroline County Public Schools supports the Maryland Teacher of the Year Program by selecting a countywide Teacher of the Year. Full-time classroom, resource, or media teachers who spend the majority of their time teaching are eligible to participate.
Nominees must have completed a minimum of five years of teaching by June 2017 and be tenured. Caroline County's selection will automatically represent Caroline County in the Maryland Teacher of the Year program.
Any parent, student, staff or community member may nominate a teacher for this recognition. Nomination forms are available here or from any school office, and must be submitted to the Human Resources Department at the Caroline County Board of Education office, 204 Franklin Street in Denton, no later than February 23, 2018.
